- How it works?
Hantera Spedition eliminates any risk or delay in a vehicle acquisition by acting as a trusted third-party. We collect, deliver, close the sale contract and only release the payments when both Buyers and Sellers are totally satisfied.
- Buyer and Seller agree to terms – Either the Buyer or Seller begins a transaction. After registering at Hantera Spedition, all parties agree to the terms of the transaction.
- Buyer and Seller need to provide details – The Buyer and the Seller need to provide us details to prepare all the delivery and sale documents. The Pre-Purchase contract is signed by both parts.
- Hantera Spedition ships vehicle to Buyer – Hantera Spedition is authorised to deliver the vehicle and provide the vehicle tracking information.
- Reception of the vehicle – The Buyer has a set number of hours to inspect the vehicle upon delivery. If the vehicle is not as described, the Buyer has the option to reject the purchase, without any incurring cost. The Seller is responsible for the return fees.
- Hantera Spedition pays the Seller – If the vehicle purchase is concluded, the Buyer has a three business days return policy. We release the payment to the Seller only after the three days inspection period.
Return Policy – If the vehicle is not as described, we refund the Buyer for the full paid amount within the three days period.
